OmniPitch beta: installing on macOS
===================================

Works on macOS 11 or later, on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs. The plugins are signed and notarized by Apple,
so macOS opens them without warnings.

1. Copy the plugin you need into your plug-in folder (Finder > Go > Go to Folder…):

     VST3/OmniPitch.vst3             ->  ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3/
     Components/OmniPitch.component -> ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ (AU, for Logic and GarageBand)

   For Ableton Live, either one works. Live uses the VST3 if "Use VST3 Plug-In System Folders" is on in
   Settings > Plug-Ins, and the AU if "Use Audio Units" is on.

2. Restart your DAW, or rescan its plug-ins (Live: Settings > Plug-Ins > Rescan).

3. OmniPitch is under Plug-Ins > OmniPitch, as an audio effect.

Standalone/OmniPitch.app opens the editor without a DAW. It has no song transport, so Transfer does nothing
in it; it is only for checking that the editor loads.

Uninstalling: delete OmniPitch.vst3 and OmniPitch.component from those folders.
